Our Medical Executive Committee was in need of leadership training, and decided to have Dr. Burroughs speak to us about physician-hospital alignment and provide an overview of skills necessary for physician leaders.  Dr. Burroughs delivered a FANTASTIC presentation in February 2013!  He provided so much practical information that I will be able to use all year.  His talk was so well received that I have scheduled him for two presentations in 2014, where we plan to use his skills to train present and future physician leaders.  He has a tremendous knowledge base to draw from, and he is able to distill the information down to the front-line clinician that is in a leadership position.  I would highly recommend Dr. Burroughs.
